Maintain detailed performance reports and adjust bids, creatives, and audience segments as needed
2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in gaming
Strong knowledge of media buying and ad platforms for mobile games
Experience with campaign tracking tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular
Analytical mindset with strong Excel or data visualization skills
Familiarity with game user acquisition funnels and monetization models
Passion for games and a proactive approach to digital trends
Design and implement ad monetization strategies for casual and faith-based mobile games
Analyze user behavior and in-game data to optimize ad placement and formats
Work closely with developers to integrate monetization SDKs (e.g., AdMob, Unity Ads, ironSource)
Manage partnerships with ad networks and ensure revenue maximization
Report performance and provide recommendations for revenue growth
2+ years of experience in mobile ad monetization or UA/monetization strategy
Strong knowledge of mediation platforms and ad networks
Familiarity with A/B testing, eCPM analysis, and LTV modeling
